Abstract

|
The purpose of this study was to find physical Resources after maximal work capacity on the treadmill in 11 rhythmic sportive gymnastics athletes.
The results were as follows ;
1. Aerobic power
1) The maximal oxygen uptake was 37.04§¢/§¸.min (range :30.85¡ª40.70§¢/§¸.min).
2) The maximal ventilation was 59.101/min STPD.
3) The maximal heart rate was 191.3 beats/min.
4) The RQ was 0.924
2. Serum Enzyme
1) LDH increased 6.6£¥ after maximal work that was 191.09 IU/L.
2) CPK decreased slightly that was 142.18 IU/L.
3. Blood distribution
1) The number of RBC increased 3.2£¥ from 471.27¡¿10 exp (4)/§§ in rest to 486.36¡¿10 exp (4)/§§ after maximal work.
2) The number of WBC increased 23.7£¥ from 6645/§§ in rest to 8220/§§ after maximal work.
3) Hb was 12.67§·/§£ that was no higher than healtier.
4) Hct decreased slightly after maximal work that was 38.50£¥
4. Lipid metabolism
1) Total cholesterol was not changed after maximal work that 160.8¡¾18.5§·/§£.
2) Triglyceride increased 7£¥ approximatly from 66.4¡¾26.8§·/§£ in rest to 71.0¡¾17.1§·/§£ after maximal work.
3) High density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased 1.76% from 43.36 ¡¾2.69mg/dl in rest to 43.91¡¾3.11mg/dl after maximal work.
4. Low density lipoprotein decreased slightly, 1.76% from 101.54¡¾15.98mg/dl in rest to 103.36¡¾17.93mg/dl after maximal work.
5. TC per HDL-C Ratio increased 0.55% from 3.62¡¾0.24 in rest to 3.64¡¾0.34 after exhaustion. As the results of the above, the revealed conclusion was that rhythmic sportive gymnastics athletes were in the state of low level in physical
resource.
